Job Responsibilities
- Achive all defined metrics and SLA
- Clarify customer requirements and confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
- Troubleshoot level 1/2/3 network issue of enterprise customers
- Provide best in class customer services , problem resolution nd technical troubleshooting to customer queries over phone /web support
Job Requirements
- Willing to work in 24/ 7 environment
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go to extra mile to perform work responsibilities .
- Should be excellent communication and English speaking skills .
- Basic trouble shooting skills, virtualization, preferred 7k/9k experience, excellent CCNA skills, switching concepts etc
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Firewall , Cisco ASA, NAT, ACL, Security protocols, TCP/IP, application layer protocols, IPsec LAN to LAN , VPN etc
