Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates while ensuring good candidate experience.
  • Managing virtual interview drives & events
  • Preparation of reports and dashboards, updating data as and when needed
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders through strong candidate/employee/alumni orientation.
  • Coordinating for the end-to-end interview process
  • Creating job-posts; assisting with screening of resumes and applications, communicating effective feedback to the candidates

Job Requirements

  • Preferred experience in recruitment in a fast-moving, high-growth/large-scale organization.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • 0-1 years of similar experience(s) are preferred, Freshers can apply
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with application tracking systems
