Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates while ensuring good candidate experience.
- Managing virtual interview drives & events
- Preparation of reports and dashboards, updating data as and when needed
- Collaborate with all stakeholders through strong candidate/employee/alumni orientation.
- Coordinating for the end-to-end interview process
- Creating job-posts; assisting with screening of resumes and applications, communicating effective feedback to the candidates
Job Requirements
- Preferred experience in recruitment in a fast-moving, high-growth/large-scale organization.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- 0-1 years of similar experience(s) are preferred, Freshers can apply
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with application tracking systems
