Job Responsibilities
- Monitor critical points within our marketing systems to ensure they remain healthy and functional
- Provide support for Chili Piper routing, ensuring leads and tasks are routed correctly and efficiently
- Triage incoming requests and issues, ensuring they are assigned to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Manage basic intake requests, documenting processes and ensuring requests are handled promptly
- Suggest improvements that will increase the conversion rate of our Contact Sales funnels
Job Requirements
- Experience with Chili Piper or similar routing tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets to perform basic analysis
- Proficiency in marketing operations, with experience in system monitoring and data management
