Job Description

- Salary: Rs.36000 Per Month
- Location: Kolkata, Bengaluru
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform at the VVN
- Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines and knowledge-sharing
- Review all types of US individual income tax returns
- Demonstrate leadership and executive presence
- Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently
- Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met
- Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates & Specialists
Job Requirements
- Sound technical knowledge with respect to US Individual taxes (Form 1040)
- A US CPA or Enrolled Agent is preferable
- Should have prior experience interacting with Foreign offices and assignees
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have experience reviewing US Tax Returns (Form 1040) for least 12-18 months
