Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including guides and resources, in collaboration with the marketing and design teams
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience
- Conduct personalized onboarding sessions for new customers, providing them with in-depth knowledge of ThriveCart’s features and capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives
- Provide ongoing support during the onboarding process, addressing customer questions and resolving issues to ensure a smooth transition
Job Requirements
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and features
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software
- Background in design and marketing, with the ability to create engaging onboarding content
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
