Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized onboarding sessions for new customers, providing them with in-depth knowledge of ThriveCart’s features and capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives
  • Provide ongoing support during the onboarding process, addressing customer questions and resolving issues to ensure a smooth transition

Job Requirements

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and features
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software
  • Background in design and marketing, with the ability to create engaging onboarding content
