Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Production and Controls teams to define control frameworks and operating models.
- Identify the root cause of control breaks and implement effective corrective actions.
- Interact with stakeholders, including Control Management, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management teams.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and requirements against regulatory, business, and organizational demands.
- Design and implement controls, including process modeling, risk identification, and solution design.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, setting agendas, preparing materials, and documenting minutes.
Job Requirements
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex issues to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a problem-solver mindset.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio; knowledge of Alteryx is an advantage.
- Proven track record of consistent delivery in a fast-paced environment.
