Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate current-state processes.
- Document language-specific and country-level variations in document processing.
- Assist in the collection of business requirements and documentation of use cases.
- Support efforts to map use cases to Pega workflows and integration points.
- Prepare reports and analysis that help justify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Support data gathering on document volumes, formats, complexity, and process exceptions.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of business process documentation and data analysis techniques.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to automation or document processing projects.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, transformation driven initiative.
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Exposure to or familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing concepts.
