Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate current-state processes.
  • Document language-specific and country-level variations in document processing.
  • Assist in the collection of business requirements and documentation of use cases.
  • Support efforts to map use cases to Pega workflows and integration points.
  • Prepare reports and analysis that help justify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Support data gathering on document volumes, formats, complexity, and process exceptions.

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of business process documentation and data analysis techniques.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to automation or document processing projects.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, transformation driven initiative.
  • Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to or familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing concepts.
