Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, architects).
- Assist with the analysis of client requirements and business processes to determine areas where technology-driven enhancements may be realized.
- Contribute to the testing and deployment phases of technology initiatives, upholding the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Assist in ERP and CRM implementations (Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Conduct market and technology research on emerging trends.
- Support data analytics projects: dashboards, KPIs, and insights for clients.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java/C++/Python/JS/SQL).
- Problem-solving mindset; strong communication, ownership and interpersonal capabilities.
- Fundamental understanding of technology concepts, including but not limited to software development, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and client engagement skills.
- Timely and high-quality completion of all designated deliverables.
