Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end customer support, query resolution, and issue handling.
- Meet CSAT, quality, sales, and productivity targets.
- Handle inbound voice calls and live chat support for international customers.
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and compliance.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written).
- Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period buyout / relieving letter considered).
- 1 – 3 years experience in International BPO (Customer Service / Sales).
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts / US Shifts / North America Time Zone.
- Male candidates from Indore, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur.
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentations skills.
- Knowledge of sales promotions techniques
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
