Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and best practices, with proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and debugging.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
- Automate BI processes wherever possible, including data extraction, transformation, visualization, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain comprehensive, up‑to‑date documentation of BI processes, methodologies, and solution instructions, ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with shared services, consulting, financial services is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, D3.js.
- Ability to create prototype using UI/UX tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Proto.io, Marvel.
- Strong SQL expertise, including complex queries, analytic functions, and performance optimization, with experience building schemas, indexes, and advanced scripts in Hadoop/Hive.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders—summarizing complex topics, influencing decisions, facilitating discussions, and presenting confidently at senior levels.
