Job Responsibilities
- Analyze test results and identify issues, inconsistencies, or performance gaps.
- Write and execute test plans and test cases for wireless features and systems.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining testbeds and lab environments (routers, switches, access points).
- Learn and apply AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to improve testing efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with development and platform teams to debug and resolve issues.
- Reproduce customer and system issues in controlled lab environments.
Job Requirements
- Have strong programming fundamentals, preferably in Python (or similar scripting language).
- Have strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience.
- Are interested in AI-enabled engineering practices and using AI tools to improve productivity.
- Familiarity with setting up small network environments.
- Exposure to networking devices (routers, switches, access points) through coursework, labs, or internships.
