You will oversee our processing systems and policies, managing the workflow from creation to submission and execution. You will ensure a timely turnaround, whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance. As an Order Analyst, you will be assisting our sales team in creating and processing order forms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serving as a subject matter expert, guiding the sales team on policies, processes, and identifying improvements.
  • Assisting the Sales team with renewing customer contracts by managing the entire order renewal workflow
  • Tracking and reviewing in-process sales orders to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal policies
  • Gathering customer feedback from the sales team to effectively translate needs into accurate product/service orders
  • Attending meetings to provide guidance on questions or issues the sales team faces regarding the order process
  • Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have good analytical skills with the ability to present analysis clearly
  • Show good relevant experience in Quote-to-Cash process and order management
  • Demonstrate fluency in English
