Job Responsibilities
- Serving as a subject matter expert, guiding the sales team on policies, processes, and identifying improvements.
- Assisting the Sales team with renewing customer contracts by managing the entire order renewal workflow
- Tracking and reviewing in-process sales orders to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal policies
- Gathering customer feedback from the sales team to effectively translate needs into accurate product/service orders
- Attending meetings to provide guidance on questions or issues the sales team faces regarding the order process
- Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders
Job Requirements
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good analytical skills with the ability to present analysis clearly
- Show good relevant experience in Quote-to-Cash process and order management
- Demonstrate fluency in English
