Job Responsibilities
- Create business requirement documentation, including scope definition and statement of work
- Create and manage stories in Product management tool
- Work with PA/PO to gather basic business requirements for new backlog stories
- Participate in squad level agile ceremonies, contribute to project planning and prioritization
- Management of technical & business, product documentation
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are captured
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements
- Verbal and written communication, proficient in drafting clear and concise reports
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Translating business needs and requirements into user stories
- Working with a multicultural distributed agile team located in different time zones
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and facilitation skills
