Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for individual properties or real estate projects
- Optimize property listings, web pages, and blog posts for search engines
- Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors over social media
- Diversifying lead flow and lead generation through digital marketing efforts
- Creating Instagram Reels and stories
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target demographics
Job Requirements
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Passion for digital marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
- Photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience
