Job Responsibilities
- Work with developers and release managers to create release notes for new Copado versions and backend upgrades
- Collaborate with the UX Design team in the definition of help texts and error messages
- Create documentation for new product features and knowledge articles following brand guidelines
- Update and enhance API documentation
- Update existing documentation as required and review feedback from different stakeholders to enhance existing articles
Job Requirements
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects with aggressive timelines
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks
- Must be tech-savvy and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- Must be aware of the document development lifecycle (DDLC)
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects with aggressive timelines
