Job Responsibilities
- Establish a monitoring framework for business initiatives and ensure business unit is alerted in case of Issue
- Develop advanced Data visualization and Insight driven Analytics
- Promote a self-serve analytics culture for the organization by educating partners on key reports, data, and interpretation best practices.
- Support data requests and data analysis for Tax Audits
- Build close partnership with the business unit to Identify and Explore areas of impactful analytics and operational opportunities to help drive Operational efficiencies and Cost Reduction
Job Requirements
- Excellent technical skills for data analysis and process development, especially SQL
- Ability to translate commercial requirements into software solutions
- Experience in Advanced Analytics and proven knowledge in SQL and Python programming language is advantageous
- Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity
- Capable to work independently while acting as part of a global tax team
- Proficient in data visualization and Self-serve tools like Tableau
