Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Support the design, execution, and evaluation of marketing and customer engagement campaigns by analyzing campaign performance data and identifying key success metrics.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign analytics processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Gather and prepare data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, digital platforms) to enable robust campaign analysis.
Job Requirements
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively in a diverse team.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with a knack for breaking down complex problems and interpreting data.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., GCP Biq Query / Python / Looker Dashboard / Power BI / SQL) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively in a diverse team.
