Job Summary
This role is for an individual who is organized and committed to deliver in a dynamic environment through efficient project management skills and techniques. The role involves working with multiple stakeholders and requires excellent time management and coordination skills.
You are also responsible for raising invoices and orders for authors and reviewers. Apart from this they are responsible of the admin activities, managing tasks in the business system, etc.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan reviewing dates in order to meet the publishing date planned for the book
- Build a positive rapport, by support technical reviewers
- Identify, assess and address risks that could jeopardize the plan
- Manage reviewing schedules
- Ensure payments to TRs and authors and third parties are secured Manage other admin responsibilities
- Ensure the timely delivery of content to the team
- Maintain integrity of editorial processes and good practice at each stage of the project
- Proactively monitoring the “velocity” of projects, adapting schedules accordingly
