Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the APAC Field Marketing Team and the Field Programs Team to understand capacity and allocate resources effectively
- Facilitate smooth registration procedures for onsite events, ensuring a positive experience for attendees
- Manage data requirements pre-event and post-event, including unique links for e-tickets and personalised surveys
- Coordinate data operations related to event registration and attendance tracking
- Manage post-event communication channels, ensuring timely and targeted follow-up with attendees
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during events to ensure smooth operation
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in strategic event support
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with CRM systems is a plus
