Job Responsibilities
- Handle all cancellations and reschedule interviews promptly and efficiently
- Act independently to resolve scheduling conflicts and challenges
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones (including international.
- Communicate changes to relevant parties and update internal systems accordingly
Job Requirements
- Experience with common Talent/Recruiting tools and systems, such as Greenhouse, Modern loop, Goodtime
- Experience managing fast pace, high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones
- Excellent communication skills
- Looking for 0-1 years of relevant experience
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects with deadline
