Job Responsibilities
- Iterate on the design, incorporate feedback from relevant collaborators and finalize the design details including the visual design aesthetics, exception handling safeguards & task productivity considerations (shortcuts, etc.)
- Collaborate with product owners to understand the targetted user workflows, functional objectives and brainstorm on design solutions
- Validate the design details during implementation (w.r.t. wireframes & UI guidelines), conduct usability tests, present conclusions and propose design enhancements to address identified usability issues
- Lead development of low-medium fidelity wireframes/clickable protoypes and in review sessions, explain the design rationale and highlight tradeoffs between design options
Job Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of wireframing/prototyping tools (preference for Adobe XD)
- Good Analytical skills to process complex user requirements
- Excellent verbal and written Communications Skills
- Ability to judge technical feasibility of design concepts (when implemented using web technologies)
- Creative Thinking & Problem Solving
- Basic knowledge of software development processes & Agile concepts
