Job Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support to internal users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to ensure optimal functionality
- Support the onboarding process by setting up IT equipment, user accounts, and access permissions for new employees

- Collaborate with wider tech teams on various projects, such as system upgrades and migrations
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users
