Job Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking, and detailed account management
- Capturing and applying customer feedback
- Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Interact with customers by phone, e-mail, or online chat concerning various care issues
- Tracking and reporting relevant customer care performance metrics
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interaction
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of CRM System
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong problem solving abilities
