Job Responsibilities
- Drive business insights leveraging data and analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Communicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across teams
- Build reporting automation/scale solutions to improve operational effect
- Define project scope, key focus areas, analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment to deliver business impact
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment and enable decision making
Job Requirements
- Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives, with responsibility and independence
- Knowledge of business strategy, operations, and data to drive insights
- 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations or business strategy
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience using SQL, Pulse, Connect Sales, App Scripts etc., and working with large data sets
