Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent, and the solution intent information models and documentations requirements. Work closely with Business Change Manager to determine the Capability Roadmaps and any necessary business process transformation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting business change impact assessment with relevant senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with Business Analysts/HR teams to review organisational impact on job roles/organisation structure
  • Identifying stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activities
  • Create/Manage change impact plan/change heat map/change readiness assessments with relevant stakeholders and squad members to prepare for deployment
  • Work closely with Super User Network and Trainers to create Training Needs Analysis
  • Work closely with Business Change Manager to determine the Capability Roadmaps and any necessary business process transformation.

Job Requirements

  • Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working
  • Ability to deliver with urgency
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience or exposure of agile
  • Have a good level of competence across JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Previous experience of Change Management
  • Good level of English
  • Experience or exposure working on transformational projects
