Job Responsibilities
- Addressing any issues that arise during the porting process, such as discrepancies in account information
- Working with carriers and service providers to facilitate the transfer and purchase of numbers across multiple countries and regions
- Answering requirements questions and providing relevant information during the porting or purchase process
- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and authorizations are completed and submitted correctly not only for porting and purchasing but also for regulatory and number management updates
Job Requirements
- Being meticulous in managing documentation and data to prevent errors during the process
- Clear and effective communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams to convey information and updates
- Providing excellent support to clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries promptly
- Assessing and analyzing information to ensure compliance with regulations and to improve processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during number porting
