Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Manager to create / update technical requirements.
- Help write requirement with the use of Jira software day in and day out.
- Lead project management efforts by through establishing milestones and timelines with task owners, monitor progress to ensure on time delivery, provide periodic updates to stakeholders on progress and red flags.
- Managing inbox, enquiries on product from users and stakeholders.
- The Product Specialist will work alongside our sales, product owner and technical teams to launch and continuously improve our automated client facing documents leading to higher retention and growth rates.
Job Requirements
- Solid examples of having used interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Ability to synthesize ideas into simple, concise statements and core messages.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and can clearly present and articulate ideas through presentations.
