Job Responsibilities
- Support process automation initiatives using VBA & Macros, and Data Modelling & Transformation using Power Pivot and Power Query.
- Work independently with low to moderate supervision while ensuring deadlines and accuracy of deliverables are consistently met.
- Understand high-level client requirements, break them down into detailed tasks, and collaborate with the team to define solutions; provide recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes for reporting and automation.
Job Requirements
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, MIS Reporting & Analysis, or backend PMO activities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query, formulas, macros) and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at different levels and present clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions proactively.
- Working knowledge of PowerBI for dashboard creation and VBA for Process Automation.
