Job Responsibilities
- Resolving emergency or unplanned support activities (fixing meeting room hardware, helping users with urgent laptop issues, etc.)
- Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the Tech Services team with technology or process implementation.
- Retrieving exiting employees’ hardware and managing the hardware lifecycle to decommission or reuse it
- Solving IT requests on a daily basis and ensuring all tickets are closed within SLAs.
- Managing any Revolut owned technology, including both office and remote hardware.
Job Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Vendor management experience (outsourcing).
- Experience with technical support for Slack.
- Endpoint devices management and incident management experience.
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
