Job Responsibilities
- Works with Sales team, operations team, and other internal functions on the customer requirements and resolve issues.
- Responsible for providing the monthly reports addressing Unclean orders, New Design requests, New part number creations with Customer specific processing, change order reports , Right First-Time issue reports
- Perform Detailing activities necessary to communicate an accurate Bill of materials to Manufacturing.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 0-2 years’ Overall experience.
- Knowledge in SAP, Oracle Business system, JDE, Microsoft or any other ERP system is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mechanical /technical drawing interpretations.
- General understanding on the quote to cash processes.
