Job Responsibilities
- Support campaign execution across digital, social, email, web and recruitment marketing channels.
- Assist with careers website content management, updates, quality assurance and candidate experience improvements.
- Support team in building reporting & insights to measure campaign performance.
- Support in consolidating and managing marketing content libraries, making these easily accessible to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, recruiters, external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of employer brand activity.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding about proofreading content, agency management, and content delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and written English.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing and /or campaign management.
- Ability to grasp complex systems and guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
