Job Roles And Responsibilities
- First pass team review an accurate property type, and identify a listing photo that best aligns with each of the target Flex Destination category. For each photo selected, they rate its quality
- We (Dashpass/Second Pass) audit the listings reviewed by the first pass team to ensure good quality and better user experience when guests browse through the flexible destination categories
- Hosting Business Operations alongside other gatekeepers, quality specialists, supervisors and quality insight analysts
- We also partner with EQ team/stakeholders to train and onboard agents on the partner site
Job Requirements
- Ability to interpret and apply confluence photo quality guidelines and QA standards
- Quick decision making ability
- Provides operational/ administrative support to multiple areas within a Platform, Function or Business Unit; coordinates work across the Platform, Function or BU
- Detail orientation, good communication both written & verbal
- Preferred unique skill-sets : Airbnb platform knowledge and / or custom service background
- Solves new or escalated problems requiring considerable judgment
