Job Responsibilities
- Review automated data extraction results
- Propose and execute process improvements
- Provide industry expertise related to the review of syndicated loan notices
- Coordinate with global team
- Identify and plan resolution for data quality issues
- Participate and lead manual extraction and data input
Job Requirements
- Conduct process training or refresher trainings, as required
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in commerce stream, MBA/BBA is preferred
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Demonstrated innovation in process and quality improvement
- Ability to groom self and team to support vertical growth
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and review for compliance
