Jobs Responsibilities

  • Manipulate source data to match the format of account CMS systems
  • Coordinate with all internal and external teams for related programs
  • Support other metadata and client operations teams with day-to-day issues
  • Facilitate meetings with internal & external teams as necessary from time to time
  • Manage program progress and data reporting
  • Work with internal operational teams, and external OEMs, and support business transformation
  • Day-to-day entry into various CMS systems
  • Manage the workload to ensure deadlines are met on time

Job Requirements

  • Ability to think creatively to overcome new problems in the most efficient way
  • Ability to provide error-free work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • The ability to react quickly and constructively to troubleshoot problems
  • Knowledge of MS Office package
  • Strong communicator who displays courage in driving and advocating for operational excellence
  • Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful with a strong work ethic
  • Good Communication skills (both written & spoken)
  • Excellent MS Excel Skills
  • Team player able to collaborate and influence others to meet shared deadlines and goals
  • Ability to imagine the end product and make adjustments where necessary
