Job Responsibilities
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth
Job Requirements
- Provide specialist advice and support pertaining to own work area
- Maintain and continually build an understanding of how all teams in area contribute to the objectives of the broader sub-function, delivering impact on the work of collaborating teams
- Build relationships with stakeholders/customers to identify and address their needs
- Check work of colleagues within team to meet internal and stakeholder requirements
- Continually develop awareness of the underlying principles and concepts on which the work within the area of responsibility is based, building upon administrative/operational expertise
