Job Responsibilities
- Manage tickets using a queue process, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Perform back-end data imports of Constituent records and modeling scores into Blackbaud’s ResearchPoint software.
- Prioritize daily tasks to ensure on-time file delivery and timely corrections.
- Troubleshoot import errors using tools like Query within the ResearchPoint environment.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Use pre-programmed Python scripts to resolve data issues with import files.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to use systems and processes to monitor and impact performance.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with short turnaround times.
- Strong internal customer relationship skills, especially in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with Python scripting is a plus.
