Job Responsibilities
- Understand delivery processes across services and teams to ensure quality standards for future assignments
- Resolve client feedback by understanding issues, taking ownership, and preventing recurrence
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for same-day satisfactory resolution and timely action on urgent escalations
- Share insights and suggest process improvements to the manager and team
- Convert dissatisfaction into delight by handling complex situations with empathy and problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with all clients
- Enhance feedback management processes for quality, speed, and efficiency. Achieve resolution TAT and provide service improvement inputs
Job Requirements
- Customer-driven with skills/competencies to retain customers
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to collaborate and work seamlessly across teams and functions to resolve challenging situations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid understanding of quality management
