Job Responsibilities
- Identify industry leaders and create performance benchmark
- Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements, and validate future feature designs
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies
- Work as an extension of your clients team, assisting in ad hoc analysis or testing
- Collaborate with engineering in identifying product defects, designing solutions, and testing
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of various system architectures and networking devices
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, JS, CSS, networking, Content Delivery Networks etc.
- Great listening skills and good with customers
- Knowledge in DNS, HTTP, CDN and browser rendering
- Experience in desktop, mobile and mobile app performance optimization
