The Research Analyst will support DSS in the areas of market research and analytics with a primary focus on operations risk, operations excellence and ESG/Sustainability space.
The analyst will be required to provide support in client engagement and data analysis, benchmarking, client and industry research, tracking & analysis of competitive intelligence through primary and secondary market research.

Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research, including the gathering & maintenance of industry info/statistics, creating benchmarks and analysis
- Good understanding of Digital/Technology space and its implications in industrial settings
- Analyze data gathered from both external and internal sources to develop relevant and actionable insights and form business hypothesis
- Strong understanding of financial, operational and other quantitative metrics reported by corporates and the ability to synthesize and present the information succinctly and insightfully.
- Provide support in client engagement and data analysis
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information/data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Open to travel on client engagements
- Exposure in working with Microsoft web tools/platforms and/ or other technical tools (Share Point)
- Adept at combining & interpreting data/information from multiple streams to derive deep insights and presenting findings in a structured manner
- Experience working in similar roles in consulting organizations would be a strong plus

- Strong communication skill and excellent written English skills
- Good understanding of digital technologies space
- Ability to work with team members remotely, and build strong relationships to support business
- Self-Starter, conscientious and ability to work to deadlines
