Job Responsibilities
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
- Create design deliverables in line with the partner school guidelines to ensure they meet the quality standards
- Assist in allocating resources and managing workloads to optimize productivity
- Take ownership of projects, ensure completion as per documented timelines, and help secure approvals for deliverables
- Plan concepts by studying partner schools brand guidelines and industry competitors, effectively addressing marketing goals and challenges
Job Requirements
- Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment and incorporating feedback from both analytical and creative team members
- Excellent project and resource management skills, with proficiency in MS Office software
- Fluent in English, with strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
- Experience and a keen interest in integrating AI into daily design work are highly desirable
- Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
