Job Responsibilities
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in business processes
- Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, Data Engineer and Data Analyst to define project goals
- Create and maintain business process models, use cases, and user stories
- Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and documentation
- Conduct data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to support business decisions
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs
Job Requirements
- Broad consulting and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills
- Bachelors/Masters in relevant stream from premier institute
- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in Agile methodology.
