Job Responsibilities
- Manage new product introductions and be accountable for day-to-day operations, performance results (KPIs) and customer expectations deliverables
- Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It’s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines
- Participate in strategic initiatives within the Reverse logistics space and ensure effective roll-out, identifying operational challenges, communicating findings, and acting on those findings to enable effective and smooth execution
- Lead the implementation of critical projects and global initiatives, that support and advance service operations for Google products
Job Requirements
- Ability to synthesize complex information into useful formats and bring actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
- Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders
- Strong Business Communication Skills
- Ability to engage and lead efforts with business, operations, finance and technical teams
