Job Responsibilities
- Understand the customer’s needs and, accordingly, empower customers choose the most appropriate plan for their business needs and growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates of Hostinger products and services, becoming a subject matter expert within the Pro user segment
- Schedule and lead live product demos with prospective customers
- Facilitate online meetings and phone calls with professional users, e.g. developers, also business clients, and other customers who are interested in Hostinger services
- Gather, analyze, and communicate prosumer customer needs and feedback to the Pro team, contributing to Hostinger’s goal of becoming the top choice in this segment
Job Requirements
- Good public speaking skills and charisma
- A computer with the following parameters: processor – Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, RAM: 8 GB or higher
- Brownie points if you have experience in selling SaaS products
- Proven ability to achieve results
- Willingness to learn new skills
- High IT curiosity and technical understanding
