Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive media plans to achieve campaign objectives
- Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns, negotiate rates, and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including search, social, display, and affiliate networks
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with the creative, analytics, and product teams to develop compelling marketing materials and ensure seamless tracking and reporting
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and MMP tools, Google Analytics
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of media planning and buying processes
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
