Job Responsibilities
- Manage multiple instance setup projects concurrently, from initial request to final deployment. Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
- Work closely with our overseas development and support teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring that instance setup aligns with customer expectations
- Handle data entry tasks related to customer and prospect information, ensuring data accuracy. Use analytics tools to gather insights on instance performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Maintain detailed documentation of instance setup processes, configurations, and customer interactions to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team
- Act as a consultant to prospects and customers, understanding their unique requirements, and recommending optimal configurations and features to meet their needs
Job Requirements
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to put on a consultant hat and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working remotely and across different time zones
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud services
