Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on grammatical correctness
- Possess active listening skills as well as have a sense of ownership and ability to manage customer expectations
- Bachelors/ Master’s in computer science or related Degree with technical communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and succinctly in both writing and speech
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment
