Job Responsibilities
- Document customer interactions according to standard operating procedures
- Dealing with customer queries, issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Answer inbound calls and callback unattended/missed calls or call attempts
- Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Establishing a positive rapport with customers
Job Requirements
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to work with other team members in a close manner
- Active listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of Ownership and sound judgment capabilities
- Basic knowledge of MS-Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
