Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and the analytics specialists to create comprehensive external scans of the external environments with emphasis on aspects impacting the execution of the strategy
- Analyze diversity and inclusion metrics to identify areas for improvement. Share data to support strategies to foster an inclusive and diverse workforce
- Gather and consolidate internal data for the purposes of fulfilling internal and external reporting needs
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and identify factors/emerging trends that impact engagement levels
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in people analytics.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with HR systems and data management tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
