Job Responsibilities
- Working with the client services and research teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

- The position involves night shifts and weekend work. Adapting to this schedule is a crucial aspect of the role.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall project success.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with programmed surveys while they are in the field.
