Job Responsibilities
- Support all in person and virtual employee events including but not limited to Town Halls, Annual Day etc.
- Create, conceptualize, and manage an internal communications calendar with global HR teams
- Work with teams, partners, and vendors to ensure communications deliverables are met
- Create, conceptualize, and manage executive communications for NIIT’s senior leadership team
Job Requirements
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (specifically HR) to conceptualize and craft employee internal communications
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to navigate multiple priorities while maintaining high productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong command over English grammar
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in social media campaigns across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
